Our half loaves are perfect for smaller households, trying a new flavor, or grabbing two different varieties because choosing just one felt unnecessarily difficult.

Each loaf is baked from scratch in small batches with simple ingredients, plenty of time, and the kind of care that makes the whole kitchen smell like home.

Classic Sourdough — The one that started it all. Tangy, chewy, crusty and wonderfully simple. An everyday loaf that goes with just about everything.

Jalapeño Cheddar — Savory, cheesy and packed with cheddar and jalapeño for just the right little kick.

Asiago Garlic — Rich, savory Asiago meets plenty of garlicky goodness. Basically begging to be served alongside pasta.
